R&D Center

Since 1999, Orjin Automotive San.ve Tic. A.Ş. has been continuing the production and marketing of steering and suspension parts and is still working with the same enthusiasm and determination and continues its way without leaving the target of continuous development.

In this scope, Orjin adopted customer satisfaction as its first duty and defines its own targets in line with Turkey’s economic targets and advances in this direction.

Research and Development;

We live in an age where mankind has access to information as never seen before in history. The speed of change in science and industry significantly influences our lives. Digitalization, industry 4.0 and environment are some of the trend topics of our world. As Orjin Automotive we just not focus only on the future but also examine these trend topics in details and perform our studies in this direction. Our researches on these topics are a significant part of our works. With research and development we strive to fulfill our responsibilities towards both our stakeholders and our country. Even though we have an older history, since our establishment 20 years ago, we have been presenting our products with the belief that research and continuously development in terms of technology will contribute to the peoples’ life quality.

In this scope, we move forward by investing in various innovations in order to advance in technology and to make our footprint in the industry. For the purpose of bringing all these actions under one roof and to execute them systematically we have started our R&D Center establishment operations as of August 2019.

We started this journey with our R&D Center which includes over 30 employees who are mainly engineers, bachelor and associate degree holders and postgraduates. Our studies in this respect will be performed with the support of the Bursa Technology and Transfer Office (BTTO) of the Bursa Technical University. In our R&D Center, we intend to perform our machinery and equipment development, line and process development, test methods development and product development studies. These studies will be supported with TEYDEB and TÜBİTAK projects and will be executed in order to obtain patents and utility models. With 3D design and analysis programs and CMM to be used in CMM and other test devices to be installed in the R&D Center products will be provided to the market in a faster manner, with all tests completed.

For the purpose of our company’s and country’s interest, we will continue to take technological and innovative steps.
